Wanna Be Hillary's Facebook Friend?

Now that presidential campaign activities are ramping up, time to ask important questions like... Are the candidates cool enough to be on Facebook?! Apparently, for Democrats, the answer is YES (they're also on MySpace and Flickr, but I don't use those accounts so - meh). Hilary's page features over 21,000 friends, a contest to pick her campaign song, and some dude pissing off everyone with anti-Democrat wall posts; John Edwards has 7,500 friends and likes The Shawshank Redemption, while Joe Biden can only muster 2,000 friends. Unfortunately, none of them allow any Poking.

Republicans, not surprisingly, are mostly ignoring the young and the connected... except for John McCain's campaign, desperately trying to gain some cred with its own "McCainSpace" community. I hope they're trademarking that name.
