Factory Girl

I've never liked being told what to do, so I found it endlessly annoying that this movie kept trying to tell the audience that Sienna Miller's Edie is "so different" and you've "never met anyone like her". Yes I have actually - she's Lindsay and Paris and dozens of other starlets we've seen in tabloids before, vacuously beautiful but just short of interesting. Sadly, when they showed pictures of the real Edie Sedgwick during end credits, you can clearly sense a fierce charisma that Sienna never did muster. However, the poor pacing of the film and the lame-o voiceover (Edie was definitely NOT a desperate housewife) must also take some credit for the eyeball-rolling awfulness of this movie.
