Setagaya, NYC

Overall: Sure beats Nissin!
Price: $9
Setagaya offers just two ramen choices: soup or dry. Fortunately they're both delicious - noodles of a great texture, melt-in-your-mouth pork, and slurp-worthy soup. I'm just not sure that it's worth the 40-minute wait that seems common at prime time, especially with the more charming Rai Rai Ken a few blocks away...
Setagaya is at 141 1st Ave (9 St and St Marks)
